Avishai Levy, M.Sc., LL.B (Adv), Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Levy was appointed CEO of Proteologics in November 2004. Previously, he held several executive positions within Proteologics, business development roles for the life science industry, and several management positions in service companies. As a member of the Israeli bar, Mr Levy practiced law at a commercial law firm. Mr. Levy holds M.Sc. and LL.B degrees from Tel Aviv University and BSc Agr. from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Daniel Taglicht, Ph.D., Director of Research & Development
Dr. Taglicht has joined Proteologics in 2001. Previously Dr. Taglicht was a research and development scientist at Sigma-Aldrich for five years. Prior to joining Sigma-Aldrich Dr. Taglicht spent three years at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine where he was a post-doctoral fellow. Dr. Taglicht received his Ph.D. and Msc. in Microbiology from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Esti Hayun, C.P.A (ISR), L.L.M., CFO
Ms. Hayun joined Proteologics in 2005. Prior to joining Proteologics Ms. Hayun was finance manager in several companies, including Colbar R&D Ltd., a biotechnology company bought by J&J. Ms. Hayun holds a degree in business management and accounting from the College of Management and a L.L.M degree from Bar Ilan University, Ramat Gan.

Philippe Nakache, Ph.D., Head of Chemistry
Dr Nakache joined Proteologics in 2006 as Head of Chemistry after he was a Project Leader in Medicinal Chemistry at Quark Biotech Inc, Israel. Dr Nakache received his M.Sc. in 1996 from a combined program of Uppsala University, Sweden and the Universite de la Mediterranee, France. He obtained his Ph.D. in 2001 from Bar-Ilan University, Israel under the direction of Prof. A. Hassner followed by Post-Doctoral Studies in Medicinal Chemistry at Montreal University, Canada, under the supervision of Prof. S. Hanessian.
